We grew up eating breakfast tacos before school, packed for road trips, and on Sunday mornings at home. There’d always be a variety of fillings wrapped in a warm tortilla, but for these we used our Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas and two classic breakfast staples: Bacon & Potatoes! And in our familia, early bird gets the Breakfast Taquitos!

These Chicken Sheet Tray Nachos are one of our family’s favorite summertime snacks. All you need is a bag of our Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips and your favorite toppings, and you’ve got yourself a great snack to enjoy poolside, at movie nights, taco nights, and as a late-night snack with friends!

One day, we were daydreaming about the giant cookie cakes we used to have at birthdays as children, and we had a sweet idea! Our Abuela Approved, bite-size Mexican Wedding Cookies would make a great Wedding Cookie Cake! Simply add candles and your favorite ice cream on top, and you’ve got a gluten free cake worth celebrating.

We grew up enjoying Mexican Street Corn from snack shops, at street fairs, and with friends at birthday parties. Recently, we came up with this dairy free recipe for Queso Papitas Street Corn using our Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips and @primalkitchenfoods' Avocado Oil Mayo! It’s so good that it may be eaten up in a flash, but it’s like they say, “Easy come, easy queso.⁠”

Our favorite tostadas growing up were simple—a heaping serving of beans and a handful of cheese! In the spirit of inclusivity at the table, we’ve made this tostada vegan. Just slather on our Vegan Refried Black Beans, guacamole, and all your favorite toppings (endless possibilities include: salsa, hot sauce, lime juice, jalapeños, and cilantro)—we topped ours with pico de gallo and some extra tomatoes!

We filled our Grain Free Cassava Tortillas with chicken, rolled them up, and soaked them in a flavorful and creamy sauce made with our newest Vegan Refried Black Beans. Enchiladas meets mole meets beans!

In celebration of our newest product, Refried Pinto Beans, we’ve created this Crunchy Taco Wrap. It’s like your favorite crunchy taco, but with a savory layer of beans between the soft tortilla and the crispy taco shell in place of cheese! Make this your own by filling it with your protein of choice and finishing it off with toppings—from cheese and lettuce to pico de gallo and salsa, the limit does not exist!

Layers on layers on layers—seven (siete) layers, to be exact! If you’ve been stuck deciding which dips to make for game day, look no further. Our Mini 7-Layer Dip features all the goods—like queso, beans, guac, crema, and salsa—in single-serving tortilla cups! Is there anything more sporty than a mobile snack?⁠

We love dip, all kinds of dip! Guac, queso, spinach & artichoke, ranch, buffalo chicken—you get the gist! But we had an idea: sweet dip! And then we had another idea: sweet dip WITH our Grain Free Churro Strips. Several ideas later (what can we say? We’ve got a lot of ideas!), we created a recipe for Hazelnut Dip with Churros. You won’t be disappointed!

When we hear “fried pickles,” we think: game day, ranch dip, wings, and a whole lot of crunch! Covered in Papitas as “breading,” there’s a flavor for everyone! Serve these with our Spicy Al Pastor Wings and your favorite dips, you’ve got the perfect game day set up.

So, you're hosting for the holidays, and checking your guest list twice when you realize Jack Frost RSVP'd "YES." It's fantastic news (his calendar is booked this time of year!) but suddenly you realize you need to come up with a drink that's as cool as he is—literally. "I've got it: Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate!" you exclaim, "With buñuelos on top!" Well, isn't that just the icing on the shake.

Imagine: you're sitting on the couch with Mexican Hot Chocolate in hand, watching snow fall outside, and kicking your feet (clad in your favorite fuzzy socks, of course) up near the crackling fireplace. Apple pie meets one of our family’s favorite treats—buñuelos! Familia, we present to you: Buñuelos Apple Pie! This pie is inspired by memories of the cookies, sweet breads, brownies, and many pies that line our family’s dessert table each year at the holidays. Make sure there’s some ice cream to scoop and dollop atop each slice!

Our sources tell us that these Buñuelos Brownies are the one thing Santa loves more than chocolate chip cookies! (Who are we to be nonbelievers? 😉) These brownies bring back childhood memories of licking the brownie bowl when our mom wasn’t looking, smelling the sweet aroma of chocolate as it filled our home, and most of all, enjoying buñuelos and sweets while gathered around the tv for holiday movies! And if yours don't last until Santa comes? Take it from us—just say "Siete Claus got to them first!"
