At Siete, we believe in bringing our whole-selves to work. So when we’re talking about “work perks”, we want the perks to go beyond making sure you have a sweet desk setup to ensure you’ve got everything you need to feel right at home. At our headquarters, we have a gym with some fun gizmos and gadgets for those who like to break a sweat. (Often, our very own Miguel Garza will lead a workout for the team after work!) Work Life Balance
We believe in working hard and living well. In fact, it’s our second core value! We know that life has many seasons, and we will walk through them together with you, as a familia. That’s why we have a flexible paid time-off policy in addition to our 13 company paid holidays. We also offer a parental leave policy of 12 weeks for the primary caregiver, and 3 weeks for the secondary caregiver.
It’s more than food
You may have inferred that we’re big fans of food. You did? And you are, too? That’s great! Because we love gathering together over food—whether it be for a morning coffee/cold brew/matcha or a mid-morning snack (aka “second-breakfast”) from the communal kitchen. Siete began out of a need for accessible food for people with dietary restrictions, so we like to have lots of allergen friendly options.
We also love to set aside time together each week to eat meals together. Every Friday we gather for lunch (made by our fantastic in-house chefs and culinary team), conversation, and laughter. And, when the weather is juuuust right—or terribly wrong, for that matter—you’ll find us celebrating birthdays, victories, milestones, anniversaries, carne asada season, and togetherness around good food and great company. We’re always looking for an excuse to gather, rain or shine.
