Meet Kate Stephens! (A.K.A. @katescleaneats__on Instagram). Kate is a college student who shares a variety of feel-good recipes on her social platforms. She is also a member of our Culinary Creators Familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created a 7-Layer Dip to share at our weekly Friday Lunch using our Vegan Ranchero Refried Beans and our Spicy Salsa Roja. Today churr’ is a great day for a sweet, sweet dip in the...Apple Churro Dip!? Take it from us: This dip is the apple of our eye, delicious to the core, and delightfully ap-peel-ing! (Was that over the top? We’ll reel it in.) Enjoy with a side of our Grain Free Churro Strips for that extra pop of sweetness and crunch!

Have you ever played a game of Tetris trying to place all of the Thanksgiving leftovers into the fridge? Or magically became an Iron Chef overnight by using secret ingredients (hint: leftover squash)? If you responded with an audible, “Oh, my squash—yes,” we’re in the same boat.

Whether you’ve never tried a Mangonada, or you consider yourself a Mangonada aficionado, we’re pretty certain you’ll love this recipe. Think: A mango sorbet with a twist (the “twist” being our Chamoy Botana Sauce, of course)! It’s sweet and tangy, plus oh-so refreshing. Our Mangonada is especially quick and easy to make because we used mango popsicles as the base and poured our Chamoy Botana Sauce on top!

You know what they say, "If you've got it, FLAUTA it!" and this potato + jalapeño combo's got it. ("It” being flavor, crunch, and our NEW Jalapeño Botana Sauce, of course!)⁠

The dips table at our family carne asadas is an array of different flavors! From guacamole and pico de gallo to queso and salsa, we’ve got something for everyone. One dip we especially like to make is this Cilantro Spinach Artichoke Dip. We think you’ll like it too!

One day, we were daydreaming about the giant cookie cakes we used to have at birthdays as children, and we had a sweet idea! Our Abuela Approved, bite-size Mexican Wedding Cookies would make a great Wedding Cookie Cake! Simply add candles and your favorite ice cream on top, and you’ve got a gluten free cake worth celebrating.

We grew up enjoying Mexican Street Corn from snack shops, at street fairs, and with friends at birthday parties. Recently, we came up with this dairy free recipe for Queso Papitas Street Corn using our Kettle Cooked Queso Potato Chips and @primalkitchenfoods' Avocado Oil Mayo! It’s so good that it may be eaten up in a flash, but it’s like they say, “Easy come, easy queso.⁠”

Layers on layers on layers—seven (siete) layers, to be exact! If you’ve been stuck deciding which dips to make for game day, look no further. Our sources tell us that these Buñuelos Brownies are the one thing Santa loves more than chocolate chip cookies! (Who are we to be nonbelievers? 😉) These brownies bring back childhood memories of licking the brownie bowl when our mom wasn’t looking, smelling the sweet aroma of chocolate as it filled our home, and most of all, enjoying buñuelos and sweets while gathered around the tv for holiday movies! Every holiday season, our family serves an assortment of empanadas, both savory and sweet! We spend hours lined up in the kitchen, rolling out the dough, scooping in different fillings, and pressing each one closed with forks.
