1 can Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
3 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
½ cup (dairy-free) Sour Cream
Garnishes: 1 Sliced Jalapeño, Fresh Cilantro
3 ripe Avocados
3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper

1 jar Siete Foods Spicy Salsa
1 can Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
3 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
½ cup (dairy-free) Sour Cream
Garnishes: 1 Sliced Jalapeño, Fresh Cilantro
3 ripe Avocados
3 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves

1 jar Siete Foods Spicy Salsa
1 can Fire-Roasted Tomatoes
3 cups Romaine Lettuce, shredded
½ cup (dairy-free) Sour Cream

Juice of one lime
Start by preparing the refried beans according to the instructions on the can. Cook over medium-high heat on the stovetop for about 5 minutes.
Spread the prepared beans out across the base of a 9x13 dish.
Prepare the guacamole: in a separate bowl, mash the avocados then mix in the remaining guacamole ingredients. Add this layer over the top of the beans.
Top the guacamole with spicy salsa, then tomatoes, shredded romaine, and sour cream in that order. Finish layering with the garnishes.
Serve immediately with Siete tortilla chips and enjoy!
Tips:
For a less messy dish, it is recommended to drain the can of fire-roasted tomatoes as much as possible before layering them on top of the salsa.
