Imagine: you're sitting on the couch with Mexican Hot Chocolate in hand, watching snow fall outside, and kicking your feet (clad in your favorite fuzzy socks, of course) up near the crackling fireplace. You take a sip of your creamy Mexican Hot Chocolate and ahhhh, yes...tastes like happy, happy holidays!

Dairy Free Whipped Cream
Bring milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt to a simmer.
Reduce head, and add chocolate. Stir until completely melted and serve.
To create froth, add hot chocolate to a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Serve and top with your choice of dairy free whipped cream.
