1 can Refried beans, warmed

1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Dairy Free Sour Cream or Yogurt
1 cup Salsa of Choice
¼ cup Tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup Black Olives, sliced

1 can Refried beans, warmed

1 cup Dairy Free Sour Cream or Yogurt
1 cup Salsa of Choice
¼ cup Tomatoes, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut each tortilla in half and heat in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-10 seconds on each side, until pliable.
Using a muffin or cupcake pan, place each tortilla, while still warm, and fold to cover all sides of each cupcake mold.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
In a small saucepan, add queso and heat until warm.
Layer each tortilla cup with warm refried beans, warmed queso, guacamole, sour cream or yogurt, salsa, chopped tomatoes, and olives.
