Flash forward, you can now find our familia mixing our Traditional Botana Sauce and ketchup to create a delicious, heritage-inspired Spicy Ketchup. P.S. For the perfect Game Day combo, we pair it with Burger Sliders, too.

After a backyard asada, our family has leftovers for the whole week! One way we like to use our leftover fajitas (aside from tacos, of course) is Steak Panchos! We pile cheese, fajitas, fajita veggies, Traditional Botana Sauce, and your crema of choice on top of our Sea Salt Maíz Totopos and bake for best results—and by, “best results,” we mean cheese pulls on cheese pulls on cheese pulls!
Our familia’s gatherings feature a lineup of many dips, but one that is an absolute must is Guacamole! We added grilled corn, serrano peppers, onion, and cilantro to our classic guac recipe for a kick of flavor, zest, and just a little spice. Now all that’s left to do is rip open a bag of Maíz Totopos Corn Tortilla Chips and dip, crunch, repeat!
