CORN-gratulations! You just found the PUFF-ect dip to go with your Grain Free Puff Snacks: Roasted Corn Salsa! With just the right amount of smokey flavor from roasted corn and bell peppers and a light amount of spice from jalapeños, this salsa reminds us of backyard asadas and family gatherings, too. ¡Buen provecho!
4 Corn Cobs, husks removed
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Red Onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeno, finely diced
1 Lime, zested & juiced
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bag Siete Chile Lime Puff Snacks
4 Corn Cobs, husks removed
1 Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Red Onion, finely diced
1 Jalapeno, finely diced
1 Lime, zested & juiced
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 bag Siete Chile Lime Puff Snacks
Char the corn cobs and bell pepper directly over a gas burner. If you don’t have a gas stove, you can alternatively use a skillet or grill for this step. Once the bell pepper is fully charred, place in a bowl covered with plastic wrap to steam. Allow the lightly charred corn cobs to cool slightly while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
In a medium bowl, combine the diced red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and zest, and chopped cilantro.
Cut the corn kernels off of the cob and place into the bowl with the rest of the salsa ingredients.
Remove the red pepper from steaming and scrape the blackened skin from the rest of the pepper. Dice the pepper and place in the bowl. Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste, adding more lime juice if needed.
This salsa can be served room temperature or cold, alongside Siete Chile Lime Puffs Snacks.

Thank you! The recipe sounds delicious! Can I share it with a relative that loves to cook? Unfortunately I cannot eat corn, but my family can and we all love this kind of food! Gracias
