Bananas Foster Crepes

Directions

1. In a food processor blend 1 banana with cream cheese
2. Heat a skillet over medium
3. Cut bananas into small rounds
4. Add butter, coconut sugar, water and vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt into skillet and bring to a simmer
5. Add rum
6. Add bananas and simmer until they are soft and alcohol in rum has evaporated
7. About 3-5 minutes
8. Heat burrito tortilla according to the package and then cut in half
9. Place a small spoonful of banana cream cheese inside and fold into a triangle
10. Pour bananas over crepes
11. Dust with powdered sugar to garnish
