We create foods with salud y sabor, “health and flavor.” We are proud to share inclusive products that don’t sacrifice health, flavor, or texture, so that when Siete is at the table, there is something for everyone.

Our heritage inspires everything we do, including the products we create. It’s the first pillar that guides how we reimagine nostalgic foods we grew up eating—tortilla chips served at restaurants in our hometown of Laredo, Texas, and bean tacos straight from our grandma’s kitchen—but with an innovative Siete-twist. It guides the ingredients we use to make them, like whole vegetables and real spices, avocado oil, and organic beans.
We make foods that solve problems for ourselves and for others, so that everyone can feel included around the table—regardless of dietary restrictions. We know what it’s like to forgo certain foods or ingredients for health and then feel isolated and less connected to heritage. Just ask our sister, Vero, who used to bring lettuce wraps for tacos at carne asadas! Our hope is to create foods that ensure there’s something for everyone and make everyone feel invited. Afterall, ¡Juntos es Mejor!
The best compliment is when people tell us that our products remind them of their grandma/grandpa/mom/dad/tia/tio’s cooking. As in: “this brings me back to my childhood.” We aim to share delicious foods (that just so happen to be made with better-for-you ingredients) that we feel good about eating.
“Taste and texture are the most important things. We don't want to offer products that are just a good substitute, we want them to be as close to the real thing as possible so people don't have to feel like they're compromising when they're eating our food."
