If you ask us, sorbet goes best with chamoy on top! So we made this Cucumber Lime Sorbet using only cucumbers, agave syrup, lime juice, and salt and topped it with our Chamoy Botana Sauce. It's fresh, easy to make, and perfect for the summer months! Pro-tip: Keep large batches stored in your freezer for a quick, cool, and delicious summertime snack.

Peel the cucumber so that ¼ of the skin remains intact. This will give the sorbet a beautiful green color without adding too much flavor. Chop the cucumbers into a rough ½ inch dice and freeze until completely solid.
Place all ingredients, except the Chamoy Botana Sauce, in a blender and blend until smooth
Return the sorbet to the freezer and chill for another hour before serving.
Scoop one or two large scoops of the cucumber lime sorbet into a bowl and top with Siete Chamoy Botana Sauce to add a bright pop of flavor to your refreshing summer treat! You can also optionally add cucumber spears, Tajin, and lime juice for a complete sundae experience.
