1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt, plus more for squash

Preheat your oven to 425F
In a bowl, combine diced butternut squash and toss with avocado oil, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
Place seasoned squash on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until lightly browned and crisp
To make the spiced citrus dressing, combine Siete Habanero Sauce, orange juice, coconut aminos, lemon juice, cumin, oregano, paprika, olive oil, and sea salt. Blend or shake in a jar to fully combine
Toss the arugula or mixed greens in the dressing, finishing with dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and roasted butternut squash
