They say, “When you meet the one, you’ll know.” It’s like the moment French Fry laid eyes on and Ketchup in her best red dress, and when Salt saw Pepper and suddenly needed a glass of water. Or, when this dairy free French Onion Dip met our Kettle Cooked Sea Salt Potato Chips. That’s quite the story, but we’ll just say this: We’re not quite sure why the universe made them all such great pairings, but we’re glad they did!

2 tbsp Avocado Oil
½ Large Yellow Onion, small diced
½ cup Dairy Free Yogurt

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add oil & onions. Caramelize onions slowly over medium heat for 35 minutes. Add splashes of water, along the way, to avoid onions from searing. Onions are done when they are deep brown and soft.
Combine cooled onions with dairy free yogurt, mayo, garlic powder, vinegar, and salt.
Garnish with fresh parsley & serve with Kettle Cooked Sea Salt and Vinegar with Hint of Serrano Potato Chips.
