You know what they say, "A Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla on Game Day keeps the hungry guests at bay!" Well, maybe we're the ones who said that, but hey—it's true! Made with our Habanero Botana Sauce, this quesadilla is the perfect Game Day appetizer to share with friends, family, and neighbors. Fair warning, these 'dillas will go quick. (As in, you'll want to make a few batches so there's enough to go around!)
1 cup Prepared Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 Tbsp Siete Habanero Botana Sauce
1 Tbsp Melted Butter, non-dairy optional
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ cup Green Onions, sliced
1 pack Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 cup Prepared Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
2 Tbsp Siete Habanero Botana Sauce
1 Tbsp Melted Butter, non-dairy optional
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Sea Salt
¼ cup Green Onions, sliced
1 pack Siete Almond Flour Tortillas
2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
In a medium sized bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Siete Habanero Botana Sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, sea salt, and sliced green onions.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add a tortilla, about ¼ cup of shredded cheese, ¼ cup of the buffalo chicken mixture, and another ¼ cup of shredded cheese. Top with an additional tortilla.
Cook the quesadilla until both sides are browned and warmed through so the cheese has melted. Repeat until you have used all of your filling and you have the amount of quesadillas you’d like to serve. Slice each quesadilla into 4 triangles and serve!
