Growing up, ketchup was one of our go-to condiments. And where there was ketchup, there was also always hot sauce for mixing in! Flash forward, you can now find our familia mixing our Traditional Botana Sauce and ketchup to create a delicious, heritage-inspired Spicy Ketchup. P.S. For the perfect Game Day combo, we pair it with Burger Sliders, too.
¡Buen provecho!

In a medium sized bowl, combine the ground beef with the taco seasoning until thoroughly mixed. Portion the seasoned beef into ⅓ cup patties until you have about 6 small patties.
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat and cook the patties to your desired temperature. Once the patties have almost cooked, top each patty with a slice of your favorite cheese and allow it to melt on top. Place the cheese topped patties on the bottom bun.
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup and the Traditional Botana Sauce until combined. Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the spicy ketchup on the top buns and sandwich the sliders closed.
To keep sliders warm until ready to serve, store in a 200F oven and serve alongside your favorite Siete potato chips!
