Meet Alexandra de Leon! (A.K.A.@thehangrylatina on Insta). Alexandra is a news anchor turned recipe creator who shares tasty recipes on Instagram. She was also one of the first members of our Culinary Creators familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created Chilaquiles using our Sea Salt Tortilla Chips and our Red Enchilada Sauce. P.S. Chilaquiles are a traditional Mexican dish—typically enjoyed at breakfast—that consists of fried or baked tortilla chips, sauce, and a variety of toppings.

Meet Samantha Diamond! (A.K.A. @sammydeats on Insta). Samantha is a recent college grad who shares healthy eats and treats on her digital platforms. She is also a member of our Culinary Creators familia! On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, she created Bean and Cheese Enchiladas using our Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas, Vegan Refried Black Beans, and Red Enchilada Sauce. They are, indeed, what we call, “the whole enchilada!”

Meet Hugo Gamino! (A.K.A. @hugo_gamino on Instagram). Hugo is originally from the 956, just like our Garza family! He’s also a member of our Culinary Creators familia. On a recent trip to our Siete HQ, he created these Gluten Free Mollete Bites using our Grain Free Chile Lime Puffs, Vegan Refried Pinto Beans, Salsa Cremosa, and our Mild Salsa Roja. P.S. Molletes are bread rolls (bolillos) sliced in half and topped with beans, cheese, and more. Hugo put his own spin on this traditional meal! They’re nostalgic, crispy, and full of flavor. 

We call this Habanero Crema the "crema of the crop!" Get it? Because it's rich, full of heritage-inspired flavor, delicious...and it's crema! Made with our Habanero Botana Sauce it's a touchdown flavor combo that will have you doing your end-zone dance (which may or may not be a salsa dance) with each bite. Drizzle on top of a platter of nachos, and you've got the perfect appetizer for your next gathering. ¡Buen provecho!

This recipe came to us when we were eating jalapeño poppers at a Game Day gathering: Jalapeño Popper Dip! Think of this recipe as the perfect solution to when you're craving flavorful and creamy jalapeño poppers, but you're also looking to fill your table with heritage-inspired dips to go with alllllll the chips you've bought for The Big Game. ¡Buen provecho!

Growing up, ketchup was one of our go-to condiments. And where there was ketchup, there was also always hot sauce for mixing in! Flash forward, you can now find our familia mixing our Traditional Botana Sauce and ketchup to create a delicious, heritage-inspired Spicy Ketchup. P.S. For the perfect Game Day combo, we pair it with Burger Sliders, too.

Jalapeño Ranch Dip? More like Jalapeñ-yes Ranch Dip! Okay, maybe that made more sense in our heads, but you get the point. This dip is a YES from us! Made with our Jalapeño Botana Sauce, it's just the thing to add a heritage-inspired kick to veggie platters, midday snack hour, salads, chips, and more. Plus, it's never too early to start saving recipes for Game Day!

Odds are, you've already got your own famous mashed potatoes recipe you'll be whipping up this week, but we had a crunchy idea!. For that extra bit of crunch and a kick of flavor, might we suggest sprinkling our Sea Salt & Vinegar with a Hint of Serrano Kettle Cooked Potato Chips on top? Marranitos are pig-shaped Mexican gingerbread pastries that are rich, dense, and full of flavor. They remind us of cozy weekend mornings in our childhood home, when our parents would leave the house in the early hours to get us breakfast. Around the holidays, they'd bring home a large bag of mixed sweet pastries—or pan dulce, too. We could always count on finding a few Marranitos in the mix! We’re delighted to share our gluten free version of this pastry so more people can get a taste of this nostalgic childhood treat—right in time for holiday parties and gatherings, too!
