Stir together the softened butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and sea salt in a bowl. Add yogurt and stir to combine. Finish the dip with the vegan rainbow sprinkles.
Spoon the confetti cake frosting dip into individual cups, topping with more sprinkles and serve alongside the Siete Cookies to dip.
