You had us at "buñuelo!" And, it was love at first bite! Made with our seasonal Grain Free Mini Buñuelos Cinnamon Crisps and vegan marshmallows, these Buñuelos Crispy Treats bring holiday joy to a classic sweet treat!
1 Bag Siete Grain Free Mini Buñuelos Cinnamon Crisps
1 10 oz bag Vegan Marshmallows
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Water (for melting marshmallows)
White Chocolate of choice
Crush one bag of Mini Buñuelos into bite size pieces, set aside.
In medium saucepan, heat marshmallows, coconut oil, and water on low heat until melted. Mix in 3/4 bag of Mini Buñuelos.
Pack in mixture in greased baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
Slice into 9 pieces, drizzle white chocolate, and enjoy.
