You had us at "buñuelo!" And, it was love at first bite! Made with our seasonal Grain Free Mini Buñuelos Cinnamon Crisps and vegan marshmallows, these Buñuelos Crispy Treats bring holiday joy to a classic sweet treat!
Ingredients
1 Bag Siete Grain Free Mini Buñuelos Cinnamon Crisps
1 10 oz bag Vegan Marshmallows
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Water (for melting marshmallows)
Garnish
Siete Small Batch Coconut Cajeta
OR White Chocolate of choice

1 10 oz bag Vegan Marshmallows
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Water (for melting marshmallows)

Directions
Crush one bag of Mini Buñuelos into bite size pieces, set aside.
In medium saucepan, heat marshmallows, coconut oil, and water on low heat until melted. Mix in the bag of crushed Mini Buñuelos.
Pack in mixture in greased 9x9 baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
