As the saying goes, “there’s plenty of fish in the sea.” Lucky for us because we simply cannot get enough of this Grain Free Fish and Chips recipe! It uses our Kettle Cooked Sea Salt & Vinegar with Hint of Serrano Potato Chips to make a deliciously crunchy and flavorful ‘breading.’ After trying it out, we’d like to think the saying goes something like this instead, “there’s plenty of fish and chips en la cocina!”
3 White Fish Fillets (Halibut or Tilapia)
1 Siete Kettle Cooked Sea Salt and Vinegar & Hint of Serrano Potato Chips
Salt and Pepper to taste

3 White Fish Fillets (Halibut or Tilapia)
1 Siete Kettle Cooked Sea Salt and Vinegar & Hint of Serrano Potato Chips

Preheat the oven to 375 F. Crush potato chips.
Season each fillet with salt and pepper and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Top each fillet with crushed chips. Spray with avocado oil and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
