1 Package Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
1/3 Cup Water
4 Siete Burrito Size Tortillas + 1 cut into quarters
4 Siete Grain Free Taco Shells, Broken in Half
Shredded Lettuce, as needed
Diced Tomato, as needed
½ Cup Dairy Free Queso (Optional, can sub Dairy-full Queso)

I like to serve mine with Siete Traditional Botana sauce, guacamole, and sour cream for those that can enjoy dairy!

1 Package Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
1/3 Cup Water
4 Siete Burrito Size Tortillas + 1 cut into quarters

In a large skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked.
Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup of water.
Cook until liquid is reduced.
Heat tortillas & taco shells according to package instructions.
To assemble: Add meat to center of burrito tortilla and drizzle queso over meat.
Place taco shell over meat and queso. This will act as a barrier between the hot and cold ingredients.
Add shredded lettuce and tomatoes on top of the taco shell. Place a quarter tortilla piece over all ingredients.
Begin folding all edges of the tortilla into the center.
Carefully place the wrap, seam side down into a warm cast iron pan. Warm for approx 1 min/side until crisp and lightly browned.
Repeat with all 4 wraps and serve!
