Siete began years ago with the goal of solving problems for me and my family. We wanted to create foods that helped us on our wellness journey and through our new lifestyle changes, but we also wanted to maintain a connection to an important part of our culture: food.
For the past 20 years I’ve found new meaning in the saying, “health is a journey, not a destination,” so through lots of experimentation, I’ve found what foods work best for me day-to-day. I’ve also thankfully been able to incorporate a variety of different foods back into my diet. Over the years, my family and I discovered that corn was one of those foods that we could welcome back to our table!
