1 Pkg Siete Spicy OR Mild Taco Seasoning
3-4 tbsp Avocado Oil

Directions
Preheat oven at 400ºF
Peel and cut potatoes into ½” wedges
Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment
Coat all wedges with avocado oil and then sprinkle with all seasoning and coat thoroughly
Bake on the middle rack for 30-40 mins or until wedges are cooked through and crispy
