Preheat the oven, find a few simple ingredients, and show us how you're topping your own Almond Flour Tortilla Pizzas Chiquitas!
Ingredients
Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas (x2 tortillas per pizza)
Pepperoni
2 c Mozzarella
1 c Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Grain Free Almond Flour Tortillas (x2 tortillas per pizza)
Pepperoni
2 c Mozzarella
1 c Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat the oven at 350 F
Mix tomato sauce, dried oregano, and EVOO into a bowl
Line baking pan with parchment paper
Add cheese to the first, single-layer of crust (1 almond flour tortilla)
Place the second tortilla directly over the cheese-coated first layer
Add tomato sauce mixture atop the second tortilla
Add more cheese
Add pepperoni
Bake for 10-15 mins

I bought a package of almond floor tortillas from Costco. I figured, like all gluten free breed like products, I would cook them up, try one or two, then feed the rest to my dogs. Boy was I surprised how good they taste. I made little burritos with beans, eat them with chili, and made quesadillas. Finally I have found something that taste good that is gluten free. Good job, I’ll be sampling the rest of your products in the near future. 5 out of 5 stars!…….
