We grew up enjoying “corn in a cup,” elotes, and puff snacks, so we thought, “why not throw ‘em all together?” This recipe is your sure fire way of trying several snack shop favorites all at once!

½ recipe Cashew Crema
½ cup Pickled Jalapeños, drained

Place corn kernels in a saucepan with enough water to cover, season water with salt
Bring water to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain the corn and return to the pan with butter to melt and combine.
To serve the Queso Puff Preparados from the bag, simply cut the long side of the bag open. You can also place the Queso Puff Snacks on a serving platter for an additional serving option.
To assemble the preparados on top of the puff snacks, layer the cooked corn and warm cashew queso. Drizzle with cashew crema and finish with pickled jalapenos
