Being from Texas, our family loves a good queso dip. And being from Laredo, Texas, our family loves a good bag of puff snacks, too! So we thought, “Why not combine the two to make something even more flavorful?” And then we thought, “Why not make them grain free using better-for-you ingredients (like avocado oil and lentils) so more people can enjoy ‘em too?” And after several more thoughts (we won’t bore you with the details, but let’s just say there were a lot!), we present to you: Queso Puff Snacks! Think of them as our way of transporting the nostalgic flavors of a snack shop straight to you. And just in ques-o you’re wondering, they’re dairy free and taste delicious.
Lentil puff (lentil flour, potato starch, potato flour, sea salt, turmeric), avocado oil, queso seasoning (nutritional yeast, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, tomato powder, ground dates, beet powder, red chile powder, serrano powder, paprika, annatto powder, mushroom powder, citric acid, lactic acid).

Honestly, these remind me of a delicious, healthier cheesy version of pork rinds. I love these chips.
These Siete Queso Puffs are hands-down the best crunchy snack on the market! The puffs have a perfect texture, crunchy and light without being too airy. Some other puffed snacks seems to be 99.99% air, but not these! The queso flavor is bold, cheesy, with a delicious balance of spices and I love that they are made with real clean ingredients without highly processed seed oils. Only complaint I have is they are hard to put down :) Great work Siete team!
