Queso con Carne

Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, diced onion, diced jalapeno, and ground beef. Crumble and cook the beef until it is no longer pink throughout. 

2. Season the beef mixture with the Siete Taco Seasoning and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the half & half and cornstarch. Pour the mixture over the beef and bring to a low simmer. Add the cream cheese and mix.

4. Gradually add the shredded cheese, while stirring, until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.

5. If desired, garnish with Siete Mild Salsa and chopped cilantro.

6. Serve the Queso con Carne with Siete Taco Seasoned Maiz Totopos!
