Seasoned with our Al Pastor Taco Seasoning, these Salmon Al Pastor Tacos really raise the BAR(becue) when it comes to rich baclyard asada flavors! And paired with a freshly-made pineapple salsa? Well that's just GRILL-iant!

1 lb. Salmon Filets
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil

Place salmon on a large platter, coat with avocado oil, and sprinkle with all of the Siete Al Pastor seasoning to fully coat.
To grill the salmon, place the filets in a fish basket. Cook for 4 minutes per side, flipping halfway through.
Make a quick and fresh salsa by combining diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the Almond Flour Tortillas over the grill to soften. Build each taco by adding flaked Al Pastor Salmon, a spoonful of pineapple salsa, a few slices of avocado, and a pinch of cilantro leaves for garnish
