Mainly because it's got alllll the zesty flavor of a fresh squeezed lemon, but also because it'll have your whole familia squeezing chairs 'round the table to grab a taste at your next backyard asada. We mean it!
1 can Hearts of Palm, diced

In a medium sized bowl, add the diced hearts of palm, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and avocado. Sprinkle the vegan ceviche with the Siete Lemon Pepper seasoning and stir to combine.
This dish can be served immediately with Siete Maiz Totopos, Grain-Free Tortilla Chips, and/or lettuce cups!
If time allows, this dish tastes best chilled for 30 minutes prior to serving or even overnight, allowing the flavors to marinate together.
