Our family loves bean dip for all its smooth and shareable qualities. Add chorizo to the mix? We’re already happy dancing our way over to the kitchen! This Chorizo Bean Dip is made with our Vegan Refried Pinto Beans and is best served with a side of chips OR a side of tortillas to make tacos. (Bean and chorizo tacos are a family favorite—and we think your family will love them, too!)
1 lb Ground Meat of Choice
¼ cup Neutral Oil, (avocado or coconut)
1 can Siete Vegan Refried Pinto Beans
1 bunch Scallions
1 Bag Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips

In a medium skillet, add 2 Tbsp oil and ground chorizo and cook on medium heat until cooked through. Reserve ½ of chorizo to the side.
Add Vegan Refried Pinto Beans to the pan and combine with chorizo. Add water if the mixture is too thick. About ½ cup until dip reaches desired consistency.
Top the dip with remaining chorizo and chopped scallions. Serve with Siete Grain Free Sea Salt Tortilla Chips.
