    When I placed my order - I ordered a hoodie and caramel sauce. The caramel sauce arrived two days later, but the hoodie never arrived. I had to email Siete twice and include my order number/photos of first delivery etc to explain that I never received the hoodie. The hoodie was not sent with the original order number. Finally a customer service rep responded and sent the hoodie. However, the hoodie was mailed in a “salsa box” and lacked the normal Siete “personal touch.” I have been a Siete customer/fan for many years, and have placed many orders - this is my first time to have a less than perfect experience.

    I am a huge fan and greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness in GF healthy options! The hoodie is so cozy! Thank you Siete!

    Your clothing item (hoodie) feels very comfortable. I brought 3 .

    It gives me great joy to see a Hispanic family from Texas reach their American dream. However I am afraid changing hands would affect the Siete products. Blessings Dahlia Arambula
