United StatesI was diagnosed with Celiac disease this year. A lot of my favorite foods had to be cut out. I am not much of a cookie eater but my all time favorite cookies are Mexican Wedding Cookie and Ginger Bread Cookies. I was amazed to find Gluten-Free Seite Mexican Wedding Cookies in the grocery store. They are DELICIOUS!!!! I could not believe how good they taste. I am making another trip to the store tomorrow to get another bag. I have also been type 1 insulin dependent diabetic for 53 years this Christmas. These little cookies have a good count of carbohydrates for a serving. These Mexican Wedding Cookies let me eat something that I love and they are not bad for my health with no gluten and lower in carbohydrates. Thank you so very much for making these cookies.
