Corn is a crop with deep roots in our Mexican heritage that our ancestors have been eating and enjoying using the ancient process of nixtamalization for thousands of years. This process changes the profile of the corn (and gives it that great, nostalgic flavor!) by soaking the kernels in lime and then stone-grinding them to make masa (dough).
Have loved Siete for so many years, since your almond tortillas first hit the shelves. Finally my family had a tortilla we could eat! Seed oil free is so important to us! Sad to hear Pepsi bought out, hope they don’t change a thing! Siete has been our favorite brand for so so many years! Thanks for creating such amazing healthy and delicious food!

United StatesThe only draw back from ordering from Siete is the chips get broken during shipping. They still taste amazing but there are a lot of crumbs :( I will be ordering more of these chips because I can not find them anywhere else.
