We love Taco Tuesday so much that we wanted to make a whole taco week! No matter how you like your tacos—spicy, crunchy, bean-y, or sweet and chocolate-dipped—there's an easy weeknight dinner in here that you and your family are going to love.

Monday
Seasoned with our Al Pastor Taco Seasoning, these Salmon Al Pastor Tacos really raise the BAR(becue) when it comes to rich backyard asada flavors! And paired with a freshly-made pineapple salsa? Well that's just GRILL-iant!
Tuesday
In celebration of our newest product, Refried Pinto Beans, we’ve created this Crunchy Taco Wrap. It’s like your favorite crunchy taco, but with a savory layer of beans between the soft tortilla and the crispy taco shell in place of cheese! Make this your own by filling it with your protein of choice and finishing it off with toppings—from cheese and lettuce to pico de gallo and salsa, the limit does not exist!
Wednesday
Growing up in South Texas, we learned early on that you can’t go wrong with a tortilla and some fajitas! Here, we’ve used just that: fajitas and our new Refried Pinto Beans wrapped up in a warm Chickpea Flour tortilla. A simple meal—especially when you use leftover fajita from your weekend backyard asada—yet tasty and so filling!
Thursday
Whether you’re searching for tasty additions to your next breakfast buffet, or you’re in need of a simple recipe to share with the fam—this one’s for you. Made with our Grain Free Tortillas and Maíz Corn Tortilla Chips along with Vital Farms’ Pasture-Raised Eggs and Butter, we hope this recipe brings you and yours together around the table.
