  • 90 Day Fiance (of which we happened to uncover an underground cohort of superfans for this morning)
  • Love is Blind (Lauren and Cameron forever),
  • Pretty much everything on Disney+
  • The new season of Top Chef
  • The Glow Up (surprisingly addictive).

Before Siete, was our first family business, G7 Athletics, a CrossFit gym in Laredo, TX. Even though we’re now in Austin and focused on bringing grain free goods to everyone, practicing a healthy lifestyle has always been a part of our family’s journey to health. So, we wanted to share some ways to keep active and get your blood pumping, no matter where you’re based!

Workout #1 

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

Pushups: Reduce one rep each set starting at 10 (Ex. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1)

Squats: Add one rep to each set starting at 1 (Ex. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)

Then row/bike/jump rope/jump in place/run in place remainder of each minute

Workout #2 *

Each slide is a different exercise but make sure to look below for how to incorporate them into circuits! I also added a modification to some of the exercises if you watch all the way through 😊


Circuit 1: 4 rounds total, 40 sec on, 20 sec off

burpees

sumo squat + front press

tricep dips on chair

 

Circuit 2: 3 rounds

plank jack (2) + push up (1) x 10

high knees x 45 sec

side to side lunge with shoulder press x 20

 

Circuit 3: 3 rounds

reverse leg extension + knee tuck x 8 each side

side to side touchdown squats x 30

incline tricep pause push-ups x 10


Workout #3

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 Minutes:

10 Push Ups

20 Sit Ups

30 Squats

400 meter Run

200m run or 250m row

15 lunges

10 burpee step-ups

5 rounds:

200m run

12 lunges or jumping split lunges


Then…

Tabata* plank holds

*8 rounds of :20 hold and :10 rest

Planks can be done on elbows or hands.
