The comforting flavors of Tex-Mex food shine in these simple ground beef enchiladas smothered in Siete’s Red Enchilada Sauce and cheese. Directions

  1. Step 1

    Heat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Step 2

Spread a little enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish first — this is key to keeping the enchiladas from sticking.
  3. Step 3

Add 1 tbsp oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high.
  4. Step 4

Cook 1 lb ground beef. Drain any excess oil from the pan, if desired.
  5. Step 5

Add ⅓ cup water and 1 seasoning pouch; stir to combine.
  6. Step 6

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Remove from the heat.
  7. Step 7

Heat the tortillas until pliable in a dry skillet, comal, or pan according to package instructions.
  8. Step 8

Fill each tortilla with ground beef. Roll them up and place seam-side down in the dish.
  9. Step 9

Pour the remaining sauce over the top, then cover with the cheese.
  10. Step 10

Bake for 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and melty.
  11. Step 11

Top with onion, cilantro, and radish as desired, then gather around the table to enjoy!
