Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F -

In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef in oil until fully cooked through. Drain off any excess oil as needed. -

Add ⅓ cup water and taco seasoning, stirring to combine. Over low heat, simmer the meat for 2-3 minutes. -

Add the can of beans and loosen the mixture with more water, as needed, until you reach the desired consistency. -
Step 5
Spread queso over the base of a baking sheet, topping with the beef and bean mixture, salsa, and shredded cheese. -
Step 6
Bake this sheet pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. -
Step 7
Place 2 bags of chips on a separate baking sheet. Pour the entire cheesy tray over the chips to fully cover the chips. -
Step 8
Garnish the nachos with jalapeños, avocado slices, and cilantro leaves.
