Game day just got a whole lot cheesier! These Sheet Pan Nachos are our ultimate crowd-pleaser, perfect for feeding your crew while cheering on your favorite team. We start with our Three Cheese Maíz Corn Tortilla Chips—made with a blend of organic cheddar, Parmesan, and Romano—then pile on seasoned ground beef, refried beans, queso, salsa, and even more melted cheese. The result? A loaded nacho platter that's impossible to resist. ¡Buen Provecho!

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350F
  2. Step 2

    In a medium pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef in oil until fully cooked through. Drain off any excess oil as needed.

    Add ⅓ cup water and taco seasoning, stirring to combine. Over low heat, simmer the meat for 2-3 minutes. 
  4. Step 4

    Add the can of beans and loosen the mixture with more water, as needed, until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Step 5

    Spread queso over the base of a baking sheet, topping with the beef and bean mixture, salsa, and shredded cheese.
  6. Step 6

    Bake this sheet pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Step 7

    Place 2 bags of chips on a separate baking sheet. Pour the entire cheesy tray over the chips to fully cover the chips.
  8. Step 8

    Garnish the nachos with jalapeños, avocado slices, and cilantro leaves.
