The delicious flavor of these Kettle Cooked Sour Crema and Onion Potato Chips was inspired by: our impulse to add Mexican crema to all sorts of foods like enchiladas, chiles rellenos, elote, tacos… (the list goes on!) Not to mention our ever-growing potato chip obsession and fond memories of eating sour cream and onion flavored snacks growing up. What can we say? We’re a proud product of our Mexican-American culture and so are these sour crema and onion potato chips!
