We have many memories of our parents leaving the house in the early hours of the morning to grab pan dulce (sweet bread) from the local panadería (bakery). We’d wake to bags filled with baked goods—which always included conchas, traditional Mexican pastries with a sweet seashell-shaped topping. During the holidays, when our family gathers, this tradition is in full swing!
Inspired by conchas, we created this Siete Small Batch Concha Cookie Baking Mix! Enjoy with coffee or hot chocolate and savor the sweetness of baking together this holiday season. ¡Buen Provecho!

United StatesI love that you are a family created and run business and that you offer gluten free items. While I understand the wanting to increase your products' production and availability, I'm sad that you have been acquired by a big corporate company. I prefer to support local and mom/pop businesses. I'm sorry that I can no longer purchase your products. I will miss them but wish you well.

United StatesWe just made our first batch of these for our Christmas family get together tomorrow. They are SO delicious and such fun to make! That little pop of citrus!! We eat gluten free and clean foods only, so these are such a real treat to put on our dessert table. I only hope they last until tomorrow! I just ordered more so we can make some more later once they aren't available. I sure hope they become a regular offering, though. We love the bagged cookies, but making them is such a fun thing. Maybe make some different cookie mixes for ither times of the year?? We love every Siete product we try and appreciate the quality we get. Siete customer service is out if this world, as well. We live that so many stores close to us carry Siete, as well.
