Familia Holiday Memories - Sietefoods.com

Do you work out to holiday music in July? Fill your home with tinsel and garland well before Halloween?  What about walking through the aisles of your local craft store to find rare Nutcracker decorations?

If you answered yes to any (or all) of the above, you’re definitely familia. If you said no, don’t worry—we’re what others might call ‘a little overzealous’ when it comes to celebrating the holidays—there's still a seat for you at our very festive table. We’re happy you’re here, and we invite you to read along as we merrily meander through what the holidays mean to our Siete family.

Like many families in South Texas, Bobby, Aida, and their family of seven (siete!) grew up loving the holiday season, and celebrating Christmas every year. But the Garza family’s love of the holidays truly started with Grandma Campos—our abuela who approved of our first Grain Free Almond Flour Tortilla:

After filling her home with garland, tinsel, and Nutcracker decor, Grandma Campos would call the family together to decorate the Christmas tree. Warm cups of café con leche were passed to each other as holiday music played, and laughter filled the room. With the entire family together for the holidays, Grandma Campos’s home became a true winter wonderland.

As our Siete familia grows, we continue Garza family traditions and have even started new ones, like our annual Mug Exchange! The holiday season brings us together—even when we’re apart—to remind us of the memories we’ve shared with those we hold close to our hearts.  After all, Juntos es Mejor—together is better.

However you celebrate, we wish you and your family a happy and safe holiday season!

Juntos es Mejor,

Your Siete Family
