Ch-ch-ch-
chia! Our Cassava & Chia Tortillas look like whole wheat tortillas, but rumor has it that they taste significantly better than whole wheat tortillas. (We admit it. We just started that rumor. But you can decide for yourself!) They're made with a delicious, vegan-friendly, and nutrient-dense blend of coconut and avocado oils.

Each pack contains 8 tortillas.  Each tortilla is 6 inches in diameter.

TRUSTWORTHY INGREDIENTS: CASSAVA FLOUR • WATER • COCONUT FLOUR • CHIA SEEDS • COCONUT OIL • AVOCADO OIL • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR • SEA SALT

Life changing since I can't have wheat or corn!

These are amazing! Warmed up in a cast iron pan as a soft tortilla is awesome, but since I can't have corn and miss taco shells - sometimes I fry them a little longer in the cast iron pan until they're getting a little hard, but not brittle. Then I put them in a taco holder while they can still be bent and they will firm up and keep their shape as a taco shell.

I am SO thankful for your products! I have so many allergies.

As I said, I love your products. My favorite tortillas are the chickpea ones, but they aren’t available to order on any combos, which is a bummer. It would be nice if the customer could choose their combo (ex: 3 plain cassava and 3 chickpea) instead of only being able to choose from the allotted selection. Otherwise, LOVE your products! Don’t stop making them!

It replaces flour and corn tortillas for my grandma’s recipes from Chihuahua

When I realized that I had to eat paleo/ Plant Paradox, it was a blow. Mexican food is filled with lectins. The food that my grandparents made wasn’t complicated to make, but it is delicious, dear to my heart, and easy for me to make because I grew up making it with my family. There are wonderful recipes for making them from scratch, but I work a day job and have a family to feed. I can make the Siete cassava chia tortillas fried in avocado oil for tacos for my family. They hold their shape, they taste great to everyone, and I can eat the same meal with my family. The almond flour tortillas are fantastic with butter! I now have a tortilla in the freezer that I can cook and use with scramled eggs with chile, what ever is in the fridge or shelf that is lectin free. I chop tomatoes and make pico de gallo after removing the skin and seeds. My grandmother used to remove the seeds, too. I add chicken cooked in jalapeño and tomatoes, pork or fish.

They tasted good and I

They tasted good and I am passing they along to some friends who are grain free. I only wish they were burrito sized.
