Chipotle Fuego Turkey Meatloaf

This Chipotle Fuego Turkey Meatloaf recipe is our homage to the belly-warming, winter classic that we love, but with a couple of new ingredient-twists! Baked with our Grain Free Fuego Tortilla Chips and our Chipotle Hot Sauce, this loaf is perfect for those who love a healthy dose of heat, and would rather spend all winter by the fireside. Serve with your grandma’s revered mashed potatoes, or momma’s green beans, and scarf down!


  • 2 lb Ground Turkey 
  • 1 T Garlic Powder 
  • 1 t Cayenne Pepper 
  • 1 T Onion 
  • ½ Pkg Bacon
  • 1 Egg 
  • ½ 4 oz Bag Siete Grain Free Fuego Chips 
  • 1 T Salt 
  • 1 t Pepper  
  • 1 C Organic Ketchup
  • ¼ C Siete Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • Chopped Herbs for garnish ( 1 T Parsley, 1 T Chives, 1 T Chervil) 


  1. Cut bacon into small pieces and render. Once crispy, separate from bacon fat. 
  2. In a bowl, combine turkey, bacon, egg, and all seasonings.
  3. In a food processor, ground Fuego chips until fine. Add to turkey mixture. 
  4. Form ground turkey mixture into a meatloaf and place in a pan lined with parchment.
  5. Combine Ketchup and chipotle hot sauce and pour over loaf. 
  6. Bake at 375F for 45 mins. 
  7. Slice, sprinkle chopped herbs over meatloaf and serve. 
  8. Enjoy!
