Just like our Mexican-American heritage, we’re celebrating the best of both worlds in this Soft and Crunchy Taco recipe! It’s exactly as it sounds: A Grain Free Almond Flour Tortilla is wrapped around a Grain Free Taco Shell with a creamy dairy free Mild Cashew Queso layer in between. The best part? You get to fill this doubled-up taco with your favorite fillings like ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, and our Whole30 Approved Habanero Hot Sauce! Enjoy!⁠



  1. In a medium skillet, cook ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning packet and ⅓ cup of water. Cook until liquid is reduced.
  2. Heat queso over medium low heat until warm.
  3. Heat tortillas and taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. To assemble: Spread about 2 tablespoons of queso over almond tortilla. Place one hard shell in the center of tortilla and fold in taco. Add seasoned meat to taco and top with lettuce, tomato, and Siete Habanero Hot Sauce.
