- Preheat the oven to 350F. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for 3-5 seconds on each side just until pliable.
- Spray a cupcake tray with avocado oil. Cut the tortilla in half and using a mini cupcake tin tray or regular cupcake tray, line each cup with the tortilla to form a tart.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Place a few pieces of brie to fill about ½ of each tart. Top with jalapeno Jelly and bake for 15 mins- or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped walnuts and toasted pepitas.
