    Drain the tofu and crumble it with your hands or fork until it resembles ground meat.
  2. Step 2

    Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for 4-5 minutes, until lightly browned.

    Stir in the fajita seasoning, tomato paste, and water. Mix well to coat the tofu and cook until warmed through.
  4. Step 4

    Stir in the diced tomato and squeeze in the lime juice. Taste and adjust if needed.
  5. Step 5

    Lightly pan-fry tortillas in a skillet with a drizzle of avocado oil until slightly crisp.
  6. Step 6

    Assemble the tacos by filling tortillas with the tofu mixture and topping with cilantro and fresh lime.
