We wanted to say how much we adore you! The slow churning of blended raw cashews, coconut cream, agave nectar, vanilla paste, and cocoa powder make our mouths water every time. No matter the meal beforehand, we'll always save room for you!
From your head to your bowl—marshmallows, pecans, Grain Free Mexican Cookie crumbles, and Grain Free Cassava + Chia Tortilla bowl—you are perfect, and absolutely adora-bowl.

1 package Siete Grain Free Cassava & Chia Tortillas
1 cup Raw Cashews
2 cups Water
13.5 oz Coconut Cream
¾ cups Agave Nectar
1 tsp Vanilla Paste
½ tsp Sea Salt
2 ½ tbsp Cocoa Powder
Siete Grain Free Mexican Cookie crumbles
Preheat the oven to 375 ºF. Warm each tortilla until pliable and place in a small oven-safe bowl or small mold of choice.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
Blend together cashews, water, coconut cream, vanilla, agave, sea salt, and cocoa powder. Place in an ice cream maker and follow the ice cream maker's directions. Fold in rocky road garnishes after ice cream is churned.
Serve rocky road ice cream with tortilla bowls!
If not using an ice cream maker, try to freeze for 6 hours, mixing ice cream every 2 hours until fully frozen.
