Made with our Grain Free Fresas con Crema Cookies and Bob’s Red Mill’s Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats, they’re BERRY delicious. Some might say, they're OAT of this world!
1 Package (16 ounces) Strawberries
1/3 cup Coconut Palm Sugar
1 bag Siete Fresas con Crema Cookies
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats
1.5 cup Oat Milk, unsweetened
1 cup Vegan Coconut Yogurt
1 Package (16 ounces) Strawberries
1/3 cup Coconut Palm Sugar
1 bag Siete Fresas con Crema Cookies
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats
1.5 cup Oat Milk, unsweetened
1 cup Vegan Coconut Yogurt
Clean and slice the strawberries, stir with sugar and set aside for 20-30 minutes while you combine the rest of the ingredients.
Roughly chop the Siete Fresas con Crema Cookies and add to a bowl with Bob’s Red Mill Old-Fashioned Gluten Free Organic Rolled Oats, oat milk, and coconut yogurt. Stir to combine.
Once the strawberries have softened and created a syrup, add the strawberries and their syrup to the oat mixture. Stir to combine again and place in a sealed container to chill overnight.
After at least 10-12 hours, the oats will have soaked up the flavorful liquid and they will be ready to serve! You can optionally separate the overnight oats into single serving containers for a quick and easy breakfast.
