We’ve seen this Hot Honey Ground Beef Cottage Cheese Bowl everywhere, so we teamed up with our friends at Good Culture to make it ourselves. Using our Siete Mild Taco Seasoning and Good Culture’s Cottage Cheese, this one is a 7/7 in our book! Pair with your favorite Siete chips for dipping and top with a drizzle of hot honey + a sprinkle of chili flakes for a kick of spice. ¡Buen Provecho!

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Step 2

In a bowl, combine 1 Tbsp oil with diced potatoes and half the packet of taco seasoning. Stir to combine and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Step 3

Bake potatoes for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through baking.
  4. Step 4

In a skillet over medium heat, add the remaining 1 Tbsp oil and ground beef, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
  5. Step 5

Once the meat has fully cooked, drain off any excess oil and stir in the rest of the seasoning packet, along with 3 Tbsp water. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Step 6

To plate up the bowls, evenly divide all ingredients onto two bowls or plates.
  7. Step 7

Finish each bowl with hot honey, to taste, and serve with Sea Salt Potato Chips and/or Nacho Tortilla Chips for dipping.
