When the weather gets warmer, our family’s favorite way to gather is at a backyard carne asada. In our culture, a backyard asada is a gathering similar to a backyard barbecue! We soak in the summer sun and enjoy music, drinks, and conversation with loved ones amidst the smoky aromas of delicious foods cooking on the grill. The spicy seasoning, the sauces and the tortilla chips are my families favorite! Authentic and amazing favor. The tortillas taste good however they do not quite pass through burrito test and easily break. We just rip them up and use them like chips!
