Here's one way we like to make enchiladas at home using our Grain Free Tortillas and our Enchilada Sauce:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat enchilada sauce in a shallow skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Place each tortilla in warmed enchilada sauce and flip once to make sure they are fully coated in sauce.
  4. Pour some enchilada sauce into the bottom of a separate baking dish.
  5. Place filling of choice on each tortilla and roll the enchilada away from you. Then place each rolled enchilada in your baking dish, seam side down.
  6. Top each enchilada with more enchilada sauce and cheese of choice.
  7. Bake uncovered in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted, and enchiladas are heated through.

Serve with a drizzle of crema or a sprinkle of cilantro on top, and you've got yourself a delicious meal for sharing. ¡Buen Provecho!
