Corn is a crop with deep roots in our Mexican heritage that our ancestors have been eating and enjoying using the ancient process of nixtamalization for thousands of years. This process changes the profile of the corn (and gives it that great, nostalgic flavor!) by soaking the kernels in lime and then stone-grinding them to make masa (dough).

We came across Siete by accident at Whole Foods one day and decided to try the Lime flavor. I had never tried a nixtamalized corn product so was curious. All I can say is Dios Mio! We will never, ever go back to the other brand of lime chips. Siete’s Lime offers the most flavorful, freshest taste explosion/experience! We especially appreciate the bite that the yellow/white corn combo provides vs just white corn varieties. Of course, we then had to try the Taco and Street Corn chips and love them too. They have a nice kick! We are so happy to have found these delicious chips. We will continue to buy them and are glad to support family businesses. Thank you Garza Family!
I cannot rave about these chips enough. I have ordered them a few times, so I can share them with my friends, then my friends end up ordering the chips because they enjoy the chips so much. I will continue to share how delicious these chips are!
